Brandy Mint Julep
Build, fill glass with ice
2 ½ oz brandy (7.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar, (2 dashes)
5 or 6 sprigs of mint (2 ½ oz, 7.5 cl)
Serve in a double rocks glass (12.0 oz)
