Peach Brandy Julep

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
3 sprigs mint (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
1 tsp water, muddle with sugar mint (4 dashes)
Fill glass ⅓ with crushed ice, (1 oz, 3 cl)
Muddle 3 more mint sprigs, (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
Pack glass with crushed ice ,
2 oz Cognac (6 cl)
¾ oz peach flavored brandy, (2 cl)
Serve in a julep cup (10.0 oz)
