Mint Julep Southern Style


Build
8 mint sprigs (4 oz, 12 cl)
1 tsp sugar dissolved in water muddled with mint (4 dashes)
Fill with shaved ice
Stir until frosted
2 oz bourbon, 100 proof (6 cl)
Serve in a julep cup (10.0 oz)

Notes:

NOTE: Tear or bruise mint garnish to enhance scent
