
Cynar Buck
Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
1½ oz Cynar (4.5 cl)
½ oz Velvet Falernum (1.5 cl)
½ oz lime juice (1.5 cl)
3 oz ginger beer (9 cl)
Garnish with sprig of mint and freshly grated nutmeg
Shake all ingredients, except ginger beer, strain into highball glass full with crushed ice, top up with ginger beer.
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
