Rum Julep Variation

Build

1 tsp sugar and (4 dashes)

1 oz water (3 cl)

Muddle several mint sprigs with sugar water

Place 4 slices ripe peach in glass mix. (2 oz, 6 cl)

Fill with ½ with crushed ice (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)

Stir together:

Strain over prepared glass

1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)

½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)

Serve in a double rocks glass (12.0 oz)

Mint Highball: crème de menthe, ginger ale, lemon wheel, soda
