¼ oz Passion fruit liqueur (6 dashes)
½ oz pineapple juice (1.5 cl)
1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)
Fill with crushed ice
Add mint sprig
Float ½ oz Port (1.5 cl)
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
