South Sea Dipper


Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
¼ oz Passion fruit liqueur (6 dashes)
½ oz pineapple juice (1.5 cl)
1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)
Fill with crushed ice
Float ½ oz Port (1.5 cl)
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
