Queen's Park Swizzle

¾ oz fresh lime juice (2 cl)
1½ oz dark rum (4.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
Squeeze ½ lime in glass, place shell in glass (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
Several mint sprigs
Fill with crushed ice
Swizzle until glass frosts
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
