Rum Julep
Build
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1 oz water (3 cl)
Fill with crushed ice
Stir until glass frosts
Add several mint sprigs
1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
