Absinthe Drip Cocktail

Build
1½ oz absinthe or Pernod, pour into glass (4.5 cl)
1 lump of sugar in a tea strainer (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Place crushed ice on top fill with cold water
When water has dripped through drink is ready
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
