Absinthe Drip


Shake with ice and strain
1 liqueur glass absinthe (3 cl)
Dissolve 1 lump of sugar, using the French drip spoon and fill glass with cold water (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
