Paloma

Build, fill glass with ice

2 oz tequila (6 cl)

⅔ oz lime juice (2 cl)

4 oz grapefruit soda (12 cl)

1 pinch kosher salt

Garnish with grapefruit slice

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)

Notes:

The most popular cocktail in Mexico(more than 70% of all tequila cocktails), the drink takes its name from the Spanish word for "dove." It was first created in the well-known La Capilla Bar in Tequila Town, Jalisco where its owner Don Javier first mixed the drink almost 40 years ago.
