Sherry Sangaree

Build, fill glass with ice

½ tsp sugar dissolved with water (2 dashes)

2 oz sherry (6 cl)

Fill with soda

(the soda Port are optional)

Float ½ oz Port (1.5 cl)

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
