Mint Julep

Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain
4 mint sprigs
1 tsp sugar dissolved in water and muddled with mint
2 oz bourbon (6 cl)
Garnish with mint sprigs and/or orange slice, pineapple spear, cherry
Serve with ice in a julep cup (10.0 oz)
