⅓ Martini sweet vermouth. (1 oz, 3 cl)
⅓ gin. (1 oz, 3 cl)
Shake and strain into Port wine glass.
Squeeze lemon peel on top.
Frost edge of glass with castor sugar.
Serve in a red wine glass (10.0 oz)
