Calvados Fizz
Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
2 oz Calvados (6 cl)
2 oz fresh lemon juice (6 cl)
2 egg white (1 oz, 3 cl)
¼ oz cream (6 dashes)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
Strain into glass
Add cherry, lemon slice
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
