Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

2 oz gin (6 cl)

½ oz cream (1.5 cl)

Fill with soda, stir

Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)

NOTE: Add orange flower water may be mixed with the drink, used to coat the glass, or as a float.
