Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
2 oz rye or Bourbon whiskey (6 cl)
Fill with milk
Add nutmeg
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
