Stir in mixing glass with ice over 30 seconds and strain into glass filled with ice
2 oz tequila reposado (6 cl)
1 oz Aperol (3 cl)
3 dashes celery bitters
Garnish with orange twist
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
