Resa Mueller’s Amaretto Sour
Dry shake without ice in cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake again. Strein
1 oz amaretto (3 cl)
1 oz tequila reposado (3 cl)
¾ oz lemon juice (2 cl)
½ oz rich simple syrup (2:1, sugar:water) (1.5 cl)
1 dash absinthe
Garnish with orange twist
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz) over a large ice cube
