The Amaretto Sour

2 ounces amaretto (6 cl)

1 ounce lemon juice (3 cl)

1 half wheel orange, for garnish (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

Shake and strain into a chilled sour glass or an ice-filled rocks glass.

Add the garnishes.

Serve in a sour glass (4.0 oz)
