Prairie Oyster Variation

Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1½ oz Cognac (4.5 cl)
½ oz cider vinegar (1.5 cl)
½ oz Worcestershire sauce (1.5 cl)
1 tsp catsup (4 dashes)
1 egg yolk placed on top without breaking (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Add cayenne sprinkle
Swallow in one gulp!
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
