⅓ peach liqueur (1 oz, 3 cl)
⅓ kirsch (1 oz, 3 cl)
⅓ pastis (1 oz, 3 cl)
Serve in a pousse café glass (1.5 oz)
Notes:
NOTE: All Pousse Cafe drinks MUST be poured in layers in the order of their specific gravity (weight) so each ingredient remains separate distinct so to display the different colors of the ingredients. Drink each layer separately. Liqueurs' specific gravity may vary in density depending on the brand.
