Stir in mixing glass with ice strain

¾ oz gin (2 cl)

¾ oz dry vermouth (2 cl)

¾ oz kirsch (2 cl)

1 dash Boker's bitters (optional)

¼ tsp sugar (1 dash)

1 dash pastis

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)

NOTE: Drink is varied with more vermouth less gin kirsch
