Shake with ice and strain
1 tablespoon pineapple juice (1.5 cl)
1 Teaspoon grenadine (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
⅓ Martini sweet vermouth (1 oz, 3 cl)
⅔ gin (2 oz, 6 cl)
Shake and strain into medium size glass
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
