Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 oz gin (3 cl)
½ oz sweet vermouth (1.5 cl)
¼ oz grenadine (6 dashes)
¼ oz pineapple juice (6 dashes)
½ egg white (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
