Shake with ice and strain

1 teaspoonful lemon juice (4 dashes)

½ liqueur glass of kirsch (1.5 cl)

1 dash of Angostura

1 dash of grenadine

Shake, pour into Champagne glass with a slice of orange

Fill up with good Champagne and squeeze lemon Peel on top

Serve in a Champagne glass (6.0 oz)
