Gin Julep


Build, fill glass with crushed ice
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
4 sprigs mint, muddle with sugar (2 oz, 6 cl)
2 oz gin (6 cl)
Stir until glass frosts
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
