Add 6-8 mint leaves to shaker, muddle slightly. Shake in iced cocktail shaker and fine strain.
1 1/2 oz gin (4.5 cl)
1 oz simple syrup (3 cl)
3/4 oz lime juice (2 cl)
Add on top ginger beer
Garnish with a mint sprig
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
