Build
1 oz apple brandy (3 cl)
2 oz apple juice (preheated to a boil) (6 cl)
1 oz dry vermouth (3 cl)
½ pat butter (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
Add a piece of baked apple in glass
Add sugar-to taste
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
