Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
1½ oz rye or Bourbon whiskey (4.5 cl)
½ oz peppermint schnapps (1.5 cl)
½ oz cream (optional) (1.5 cl)
Add nutmeg
Serve in a sour glass (4.0 oz)
