Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1½ oz brandy (4.5 cl)

1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)

¼ oz grenadine (6 dashes)

1 oz cream (3 cl)

½ oz fresh lime juice (optional) (1.5 cl)

More sugar to taste (optional)

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
