Tom Jerry Batter (premix)

Separate 12 eggs, yolks from whites (6 oz, 18 cl)
Mix vigorously until thick
Beat whites until stiff
Slowly fold beaten whites into egg yolk mix
Fill with hot water, coffee or milk
Top with nutmeg
12 egg yolks (6 oz, 18 cl)
1 lb. sugar (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
¼ tsp cream of tartar (1 dash)
¼ tsp cloves (1 dash)
¼ tsp cinnamon (1 dash)
1 heaping tbsp batter
1 oz light rum (3 cl)
1 oz brandy (3 cl)
Serve in a mixing bowl (32.0 oz)
