Strawberry Rum Flip
Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 oz strawberry liqueur (3 cl)
1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)
¼ oz fresh lemon juice (6 dashes)
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
Add nutmeg
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
