Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1½ oz light rum (4.5 cl)
1 oz fresh lemon juice (3 cl)
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
