Shake with ice and strain
1 yolk of fresh egg. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
¼ of a lemon (juice of). (¾ oz, 2 cl)
½ Seager's dry gin. (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
4/10 Cointreau. (1¼ oz, 3.5 cl)
1/10 grenadine. (¼ oz, 1 cl)
Shake.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
