Sherry Cobbler Variation

Build, fill glass with crushed ice

2 oz soda (6 cl)

1 tsp sugar, dissolved in soda (4 dashes)

2 ½ oz sherry (7.5 cl)

½ oz Port, float (1.5 cl)

Serve in a double rocks glass (12.0 oz)
