Shake with ice and strain

⅔ brandy. (2 oz, 6 cl)

1/6 pineapple juice. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1/6 curacao. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

2 dashes grenadine.

Shake.

Squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top.

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
