Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 oz light rum (3 cl)
2 oz Sauterne wine (6 cl)
1½ oz fresh lemon juice (4.5 cl)
2 oz pineapple juice (6 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1 dash Peychaud bitters
Add pineapple spear, cherry
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
