3/10 Dubonnet. (1 oz, 2.5 cl)
2/10 apricot brandy, Cusenier. (½ oz, 2 cl)
2/10 Aurum. (½ oz, 2 cl)
½ white of egg. (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
Shake.
Add cherry.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
