Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
1½ oz silver tequila (4.5 cl)
½ oz Aperol (1.5 cl)
½ oz elderflower liqueur (1.5 cl)
¾ oz lemon juice (2 cl)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish with grapefruit twist
Serve with ice in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
