1/6 Grand Marnier. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1/6 Pale brandy. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

⅔ Brown sherry. (2 oz, 6 cl)

Mix and serve not too iced, with a small piece of pineapple.

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
