1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

¼ oz pastis (6 dashes)

1½ oz Scotch (4.5 cl)

1 dash Peychaud bitters (optional)

Fill with ice, soda

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
