5 oz claret (15 cl)
½ oz orange curacao (1.5 cl)
1 oz honey (3 cl)
1½ tsp sugar (1 cl)
Bring to simmer in saucepan:
Add 1 lightly beaten egg after removing from heat (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Add cinnamon sprinkle
Serve in a mug (12.0 oz)
