Hot Buttered Wine


Build
3 oz Muscatel wine in pot or kettle (9 cl)
2 oz water in pot or kettle (6 cl)
¼ tsp butter in glass (1 dash)
½ oz maple syrup in glass (1.5 cl)
Heat, but do not boil mixture in pot or kettle
Pour into glass
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
