Frozen Aquavit

Blend with a lot of crushed ice/Build, make ice snow cone in glass

1½ oz aquavit (4.5 cl)

½ egg white (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

¼ oz kirsch (6 dashes)

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
