Shake with ice and strain

¼ Seager's gin (¾ oz, 2 cl)

½ pineapple syrup (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)

1/8 lemon juice (½ oz, 1 cl)

1 dash of grenadine

1 dash of White of egg

Shake

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
