Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

¾ oz sloe gin (2 cl)

¾ oz brandy (2 cl)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

½ oz cream (optional) (1.5 cl)

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
