Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain/build

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 oz Port wine (3 cl)

1 oz light rum (3 cl)

Fill glass with soda, ice

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
