Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1½ oz cherry flavored brandy (4.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
½ oz cream (optional) (1.5 cl)
Add sprinkle of nutmeg
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
