1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
3 dashes anisette
1 teaspoonful fresh cream (4 dashes)
1 glass dry gin (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Shake and strain into medium size glass
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
